I think one has an S at the end and the other doesn't but I don't think they are different as long as they are the same mounting and same size you should be good.

I'm bias as I have a Kickr, so..... Kickr. As long as your drive train is clean and setup right, the Kickr is pretty damn quiet in the big scheme of things.
