I used to race but have not ridden much for the last few years. Even after I quite racing at 60 I rode with a good friend that was a former domestic pro for years until he died from brain cancer....

I usually stretch on the grass in the office park before showering and changing into my work clothes. I keep a yoga mat under my desk. It might look a little weird, but IDGAF.
