Not as nice as the one above but it had a stuck seat post which both was salvaged. Only took a few months.

The Tektro 720s are notoriously BAD for 27-> 700c conversions. As much as they resemble BR MC-70, M732, MT-60, MT-62 and AT-50 brakes- they are not as adjustable up/down.
