Not at all :) Giving mods the key to the site would and could be very bad.

You know what I was going to say, but that's quite good too.

@Velo Vol has strong opinions that are generally contrary to others. It's part of his charm.

Is that what you call it? I thought it was nihilism.

Because I say no to blackberries in pie?

Ha! No, that's in the living room, in front of the TV. Greyhounds like soft beds, so has one of those (about 3' on a side) in the living room and another in the bedroom. Hell, I don't even have my own room.

I had that with Mrs. Peel when I was using the old Dyna Drive pedals. I eventually figured it out - the aglet on the shoelace of the tennis shoes I was wearing, tapping lightly on the side of the shoe on every stroke as the foot rose and fell.

This may not be your problem.

I will eat just about anything except for most chocolate, melons and horse meat.

I had that on the Lotus Classique. *click, click, click* Turns out that you have to be REALLY PRECISE setting the limit screws AND the FD cage angle with Shimano Arabesque cranks. Once you do, though, it shifts great and the wide gate on the cage means you don't have to trim as much.

So I ordered some brake hoods for the touring bike. Thought they seemed expensive for what they are but ordered two anyway. The arrived today. Discovered that they are sold in pairs, so I am set for a good while.
