Wanted, extra large man who rides a Bianchi

Why: because while going through Dad’s old boxes of bike stuff, I found this. I don’t thing it was worn but I do suspect it was probably touched by some like mechanic with grease on their fingers.

free, which is why I’m not putting it in the “for sale”

Arms zip off

Pockets in the back perfect for cigars

section.

post a pic of your 59 or taller bianchi and I’ll send it to you.

That is awesome and very generous. Don’t have a Bianchi nor a 59 or better frame.

Someone will be thrilled!

stardognine 10-01-22 01:19 PM

I don't have a Bianchi at this time, but I do have a very tall green bike. 😃 Unfortunately, I don't have any cigars for those pockets. 😁😉

Someone tall with a Bianchi should get this. I'll pass. 😎

If that is a made in Italy Jersey it might fit like a ‘Murican medium, those Italian fellas are a bit on the small side. LOL.

Was ready to see some really tall frame showing signs that it probably belonged to the tallest brother of Dikembe Mutombo, but its a nice surprise. That jersey looks cool and it is a really nice gesture from you.

How about this? ;)

Robvolz 10-01-22 02:29 PM

If I had an Eddy Merckx jersey, I still wouldn’t send it to you because you don’t know how to follow simple directions. But that’s a very handsome bike you have.

Italian or not. It seems like it’s American sized.

merziac 10-01-22 02:31 PM

Or this.

Ok, well I tried, didn't see where it specified the pic had to be of a Bianchi. ;)

If that’s yours, you certainly qualify

I can’t remember if you are from Portland or not. If you are we could meet at a brewpub near you if not I’ll post it

Message me your address

Italian cut is where I need the xl, lol. For that reason, I'm out. I bet it would fit you nicely...or is it only for a man?

Tx,

It is and I am, one of 5, I rode it a bit before I tore it down, it was nasty and the parts I wanted off it are mostly worn out or rashed so the frame is the get and a bit small so....

Here's a couple of other pics in my same basement.

Next up, colnago bits

I saw the thread title and wondered ,"Oh, what's Bianchigirll up to now?" . :popcorn
Then, I noticed that she wasn't the originator of the thread. :(

For a second there I thought maybe the bikeforums added a personals section

i had sent a personal message to Bianchigirll first, it seemed obvious. But no response.

Give her some time, great gal and I think she might be on the road working in her truck.

Robvolz 10-01-22 07:10 PM

Well, it’s too late because I already found someone for the Jersey.

mhespenheide 10-01-22 08:40 PM

Too late (but thank you for the kind idea!), but I'm not going to miss a chance to post her:

63cm Campione d'Italia, albeit with almost every component upgraded.

Spaghetti Legs 10-02-22 08:16 AM

Always happy to post in a Bianchi thread. I will say a Euro XL jersey tends to fit more like a largish medium to large on us Americans. Here my 56 cm ‘83 Specialissima

Robvolz 10-02-22 12:31 PM

After I give it to Merziac, if it doesn't fit, he can pass it on.

curbtender 10-02-22 04:30 PM

He needs to post a picture wearing it, especially if it's too small, lol.
