Usually the break form routine is frustrating, but it was a nice distraction - now with them gone the despair for the world is back. I'm supposed to go up to CO to see my mother next week and I'm literally afraid I'll go and the world will end while I'm away from AG.

How are y'all coping?

I ran out of dread about 4-5 days in. I have too many other things to worry about, whether they really deserve it or not.

All this armageddon talk reminds me of this.

Four or five years ago, my anxiety levels were pretty bad - it's one of the reasons that my riding/mileage stepped up so much.

Since then, I've come to acknowledge that anxiety is a great roadmap for affecting personal change and decision-making. I've also realized that it's absolute useless ********* when it comes to things outside of your immediate influence, though.

Stress can be great tool. If something is giving you that gnawing feeling, consider what you're realistically willing and capable of doing to affect change. Then do it. After that, let go of the rest of the useless stress.

Or get blind drunk, I guess.

Original forecast here today was supposed to be in the 50's. Now high of 42, snowing with an accumulation of 2 inches or more.
Also I have a leak in my roof just found yesterday. Water has run down the wall in the family room leaving a rusty line all the way to the floor. Guess I'm going g in the attic today to see if I can locate it. Maybe, it's awful cold out.

I clean my, errrr.....Kittens, and count my amo. Check my "to do" list. Just like normal. And drink. That's important.
Seriously though, I ignore most of it. I prepare for what I can control and let the rest of it go.

:bday: to me.

Shower, shave then off to a viewing & memorial gathering.

Sun's out. Benson and I just had a snowy walk. It's all gonna melt tomorrow.

No roof leaks apparent at casa de rjones28.

A grocery item that I have been surprised to see in short supply is saltine crackers.

I donít really worry about how many, I just play to usually get it in four or five. I use the first three to scout out letters. Today was typical.

To add to my head ache post. On my last flight last night I noticed my right lower back, wrap around to my lower right abdomen hurts. Its a tender feeling, my shirt rubbing against it causes discomfort. Touching it with my hand causes discomfort.
Never experienced this before and wonder if it has anything to do with my head aches.

Looks like Texas and Minnesota are somewhat safe. Big John and Eric probably so, also. Abshipp too.

Ai really need to start thinking of all the words that fit, then pick the more common one, rather than the first one that comes to mind. Would've only save me one guess today, but still...
