Truth be told, it's not my birthday, but thanks anyway. I remember giving Facebook a bum BD for security reasons, but not here.

Where did you see that posted, I looked through my profile but it's not listed there. My real BD is Nov 26.

I was surprised we cancelled a softball practice yesterday, it was only 30F with calm winds. Wimps.

If the wind had been blowing it would have been a different story altogether.

Our 2017 Fit still sports its factory wipers. They are due, however. Rainy season approaches. I was on FitForums the other day, looking for info on changing transmission fluid(our first automatic) and learned that OEM wiper inserts is the way to go. Good info.

Are you sure you don't have causality reversed? Maybe fast cars are cleaner, rather than clean cars being faster?

All cars are faster when they are clean and shiny. Fast ones are just faster.

June through November. Also hurricane season, though here, August tends to be our local hurricane season. In Belize it trended later. October/November.

Velo Vol 04-19-22 02:46 PM

Yesterday felt like winter; today feels like autumn.

I hand wash the minivans, but I use a brush for the roofs - too lazy to break out the ladder for wash day.

Maybe I should look for a sponge that mounts on a roller pole :)

Not really scoffing at the hand wash, more just surprised at the way they said clean it with special equipment. They did value the paint at $50K.
If I had a nice car I would clean it more than once per year. When I was working I could wash my cars there. They had DI water and every product you could think of. If I helped one of the porters with their car they would clean mine for me.

I wouldn't know. If it's crappy enough out there to have a dirty truck, I'm not going fast. If it's nice, so are our trucks. They're not Porsche fast, but they're definitely faster than a lot of trucksters out there.
