Maybe I should stick to doing circuits around the Rose Bowl!

Here is a climbing ride in the SM mountains. Many variations are possible.

Remember, workday traffic sucks in SoCal especially if you are going the direction of the popular commute routes.

Here is a variation of the one I linked a couple weeks back. It avoids the busy climb part of Angeles Crest. Again, lot of possible variations. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/38624709

Ooooh, semi-moderne (fat headtubes, but still QR dropouts and caliper brakes) framesets for only €850. Kinda tempting.

Modern steel is real

Maybe if you're riding in the mud all the time.

Slow night. Everyone must be watching the Olympics.

You could have saved a lot of distance and come to the quasi-north. But if you want to ride, you'll need one of these.

Question for the medical types. I had a post COVID orgasm a few minutes ago and my heart went haywire. It has settled, for the moment, at 120 BPM. Rhr is 54. Should I be overly concerned? My wife is not at all

Fixed.

Who cares about the Sun Devils? They start off at home against the mighty Lumberjacks, that should give them a nice false sense of hope :)

Phooey.

You thought you could escape winter, eh? Maybe plan to visit seeds next time :)

Yeah, the coloured vinyl is usually pretty crappy. I still love my clear Black Sabbath EP, Talking Heads, and my pink Pink Parker records

Picture discs are pretty nasty too, but this one rules!!!

If it eventually settled back down to say, well under 100, no worries. If it’s still 120, that’s not normal and should be checked.

It’s currently 51 degrees out but supposed to rain in the next 30 mins or so. I guess I’ll be in the trainer.

We are supposed to get a foot Friday… great.

It’s 60 right now, going up to 69. Grueling 1.58 mile ride to work coming up. At least it’s mostly down hill or flat.

Wish me luck!
