I saw an interesting thing on the tame foxes that Russian scientist made - he bred the least wary/most human-oriented ones for several generations. Turns out that a domesticated fox is not like a dog. Because foxes are more solitary animals than wolves, they don't bond to humans like the wolf-derived dog. whyfi, are you on a laptop, desk top, ? Apple made this way better for me, much more realistic. Climbs aren't so abrupt, etc.I can actually gain "momentum" and excellerate, it's not as much of a slog.
