Great article!

I'm going to get to the article, but I'm intrigued by the illustration over the headline, which I first noticed on the last bike review you posted. Are those geese wearing hunting caps and smoking stogies? How does this relate to bike reviews?

Nice article and classic bike, thanks for sharing :thumb:

My 95 Marinoni touring is a great ride.

Nothing really, other than maybe to tie the cover story lead-in article "Oh, Canada!" to each of the three articles I posted from this issue that featured Canadian manufacturers and one of their bikes (Miele, Bertrand, Marinoni). The geese were part of a stereotypical cartoonish collage of Canadian culture on the first pages of the lead-in article (see below).

OK, got it. That makes sense.

Thank you Speedoflite. I remember that issue being delivered to my house back in the day. Great issue.

Marinoni is in my backyard, i go there 4-5 times a year for frame adjust and paint, great guy.
i ride colnagos, pinarellos and other italians.
Noni is a special bike, on par or better than my italians
