38 miles from Redmond to Seattle around the north end of Lake Washington. Mostly on the Sammamish River Trail and the Burke Gilman Trail.

Have you stopped vibrating from all the tree roots pushing up the pavement?

The SRT isn't that bad but yeah, the BG has a lot of bumps. Only spent about 2-3 miles on it in the Seattle area where it starts to get bad.

Used to commute on BG to Kirkland daily. Think it loosened my fillings, if not my brains. :D

86 miles, almost doubling what was the initial goal... Was not planning it, but it sorta kinda just happened. Then it started to rain. Fml

44 miles, 3,500 feet. early start and got a bit warm towards the end so i took it slow. very nice day (in the shade!)

Forty and change. The legs just didn’t have it in them today. Must still be in post-Rona recovery.

4th consecutive weekend riding metric century or longer distance. Absolutely fabulous autumn weather today.

45 on FW trinity river tails splitting hard and gravel paths on surly ss.
85 start and 95 finish temps.
Recovering from rotator shoulder and still a ways to go...

25 miles, and I dont think that is too bad for an old guy of 84!!!

45 miles, with 3300 feet elevation gain. I wanted to get some climbing, and I did!

77.5 miles with over 5500ft of climb. Only the second metric I have done and my longest ride by 14 miles, and over 1,000 ft more than the next closest climbing day for me. Super happy with it.

81 Cold miles. Might be the last longest OutDoor ride for a few months... The sinuses can't take too much of it.

30 miles on the dog trike.

Shortest ride of the year today. 0.73 miles. That's right, it's not a typo, 0.73 miles or 1.17 kilometres. The reason is that my left cleat finally gave up and died. The front piece of the cleat became totally shaved off so it couldn't grab the pedal. Difficult to find an original replacement so I settled on a knock off. I'll try it out tomorrow and se how it works.
