More aero if you reach down and grab a fork leg in each hand to steer.

Yes.

How can this saddle be comfortable? It's numbing.

Dunno, haven't tried it yet. Someone was blowing them out for $20 so I couldn't say no. Definitely needs to be tilted down a bit, even after putting on a rear tyre. It's geared towards upright riding position.

They say those cutouts are a cure-all :)

Ebay just notified me that the special headset wrenches needed for the Shimano 6207 headset on the Ironman have arrived. Now I should have everything I need. I still have to clean all the bits, of course, but with luck I might have it all back together by Sunday night. Or tomorrow night, if I don't sleep much.

What's this thread about, anyway?

I enjoyed the technical downhill video Vol posted at the end of the last thread.

It wasn't for enjoyment, it was for pity.

I saw movement in my peripheral vision. I looked up in time to see a toad the size of a softball disappear under the toolcrib.:twitchy:

this comment was a bit much. My excuse was I did not refill my pain meds and was in bad mood. The prescription ran out Wednesday. I was not feeling very good last night. After 2 doses i am noticing improvement. I didn't think they were helping but without them it was clear to me there was relief.
