Gravel Bike Sizing

I currently have a size 56 Raleigh Revenio 3.0 (2012) that I have put about 35K miles on in the last 8 years. I am want to get a gravel bike and right now the Felt Broam 30 is looking pretty good (Nice components, fair price, local dealer).
I am comfortable on my Revenio, and moving to a new bike I would like to feel at least as comfortable if not more. The size of my Reveno is a 56, so the Broam 56 seems like the natural choice, but from this comparison of the Revenio vs the Broam geometries I am thinking the size 56 Broam might be even more aggressive than my current size 56 Revenio so I am considering the size 54 Broam. While I would like to say I am 6 feet, I am more like 5'11, and at 58 years I am not thinking I am going to be setting too many PRs on a gravel bike.
Am I mis-reading the comparison (I am mainly going on the top tube length thinking longer is more aggressive)? I realize I have not posted every body measurement, but any thoughts on which size might be best for me? Here is my Strava Profile if that helps.

Here is an inline image of the liked comparison of the geometries (the comparison is to the 2013 Revenio, but everything I have seen says the 2012 and 2013 geometries are the same)

UPDATE: I measured the reach and stack of my current Revenio and they are shown below in RED. Based on this I am thinking the size 56 Broam might be a good fit, but I am still open to opinions.

A 54 cm top tube for someon nearly 6' is actually really short . I am 5" shorter and ride with a 52 to 54 tt . with a 9- 10 cm stem. Try out some bikes with a 58 tt. (more in the normal range).

You are referring to the Revenio when you say 54 for the top tube, right? As I mentioned that's my current bike and I am pretty happy with it. I would like the gravel bike to be slightly more relaxed than that, but certainly not more aggressive.

56cm Broam is what you want.

Because of the stack height on that size, you will be able to run less spacers below the stem, than on your current bike.

You will have to run a 10-15mm longer stem on the Broam to get the reach close to matching your bike.

Main thing I want to point out re the Broam is the 450mm chainstay length. Much longer (pedestrian feel) than your road bike.
