But that billing rate.... It will likely be worthwhile.

I can't imagine carrying a bassoon in a marching band, but I suppose people do. You can get a neck strap, after all.

75 miles today with about a dozen others. 5 of us by-passed some of the early climbs but still got 4700 or so. I did better than I have for a while and stayed with the group on some of the climbs in the middle and I was not last at any point. There is a 3 mile climb of 500 feet at about 68 miles and that hurt. Started out in the low 40s and got up to 60ish. Very little wind and clear and beautiful. Glad I went.

Sorry about the quality. The security camera isn't my Sony, or iPhone, for that matter.

Aled Jones, a nurse from Wales is here. Only 180km today. He overslept on the bus yesterday. I cooked an enormous dinner for the two.of us because, cycling. Still I was amazed at the amount he put away He has 270km planned for tomorrow, with a stop in Chichen Itza and a cenote, to cool off. Then two easy days to Cancun and the flight home.

To the porch. They like to see the real dogs too. It's funny. Almost half the kids count all the dogs.

I don't care what owner's say, I don't trust dogs.

I like my system. Much more convenient then having them on something like a phone.

We had our community garden tree lighting ceremony tonight. Problem was that a critter chewed through the wiring for the tree lights.

More important question is do they trust you?

Interesting concept. Do we want this?

I'm all for tools that make it easy for us to know whom to ostrichize.

Which is worse here: the music videos or the puns?

Tough call.

I got rid of all employees about 4 years ago. They are a PITA. The office is completely digital and paperless, and I don’t need staff.

By the way, the lead defense witness got put down yesterday. It was glorious. On Thursday the judge called out the defense lawyer for lying to him about a document. Yesterday, he called out his client for lying under oath.

so when you win what is your cut of that?

Canyon's a little over 2500 miles on the original chain. Time to buy another bike.
