Picked these tifosi davos up this evening. Super light, and good coverage. 1/4 the price of the prescription oakleys.

In other news BB isn’t doing well on the MadOne. LBS is reaching out to SRAM to replace it under warranty. If that doesn’t fix the problem then a new frame will be happening. I kind of want to go the new frame route since the back wheel is so hard to get on.

Did you ever figure out why that is?

New shifter arrived today. 1st piece of the, "These bikes go to 11" plan. I ordered the new 11 speed dt swiss freehub yesterday. And I ordered the Spyres calipers today. Since both of the new Red22 shifters came with new cable housings I should have what I need. Except for cassette. I I have a 32-11 I can use bit what crankset should I go with53/39 or the quark 50/34...? Decisions....decisions.....

Dinner with Racers sponsored by Continental Tire..... They were given an MDX by Acura, and fill the engine all the way to the top with Valvoline Oil.

Mojo31, were people OK with the pie?

Yes! They even took half of the remainder home. They’ve never taken leftovers home, so that says something.

We really enjoyed it.

No wonder you’re too fat for this sport! 😂

Pcad's Mets tied it up in the 4th.

Did a little railfanning on the ascent to the 300 level.

Unfortunately, it's still at the shop. Broken rear spring. Still waiting for the part. :(

So, like VV, you're impatiently waiting for spring.

Excellent!

IKR? If I don't make sure it's fit to eat, who would? :thumb:

Since I learned that not only would we NOT be paying through the nose for taxes this year, but that in fact we had overpaid the last two years by about $3.3 e4, all told - which we can get refunded - I have been cogitatin' on making the Litespeed into an R8000 bike, from its current 7410 status. I briefly thought of 9000, but I realized I'd be paying a big premium for diminishing returns. AND coming by R8000 bits is a lot easier. Ideally, what I'll end up with is a bike that's just like the current one, but with gears enough to do some climbing.

On roofs and tall ladders.

My dealer had bulk engine oil with pumps to fill the cars and the pumps had valve locks which is a bad idea. A guy locked the pump on and walked off. Someone saw the river of oil flowing from under the car and shut it off. What a mess.

More than once another idiot put 5 quarts in and forgot so he put 5 more. The trucks would come back running rough so they would be given to me to diagnose.

From what I have been told, some bikes need to have pressure on the chain stays in order to get the axle to thread. Seems off to me, but the manager swears his bike is the same way. He has the exact same year and model frame.

Subaru's... I've seen more than once, the trans drained, and the engine filled.

I'm aware. Do you really check the sticker that often, or does it fall from your mind when you don't have to do it for a while? I doubt most do. Ah well, borrowing AG's car for the race this morning and then just taking it for inspection first thing Monday.

Didn't use the car heater or electric blanket the last couple days, so there's hope.
