17.2 miles on a 21 hour fast. Came home, showered, made a library trip and a quick stop, then I ate breakfast.

59.5 miles with close to 3,000’ climbing. A nice 72 degree day. Feeling tired in a good way.

17-spot. first ride in a week or two. can't remember. mixed in a late lunch/early dinner with bbq and beer involved.
a few, quick, decent efforts on the vintage steel and while the route was the usual quickie route, it seemed a little different having not done it for about two weeks. |
16.7 miles. It was 71.1F / 21.7C just before the sun rose above the mountains this morning for almost an hour ride. All the cars behaved.

Sorry, but I did not intend to infer you stop riding in the least. Keep slowly ramping it up and hopefully you will continue to be fine.
My intent was to help inform those holding out on getting vaccinated that there could be worse life long consequences of not getting the vaccine, especially for the ‘long-haulers”. Think I would shoot myself if I found myself there but that is just me. Zero miles today but shoveled 3 yards of mulch onto the new garden with another three to go. |
Didn’t ride today but still achieved a 3 PR on Strava walking my dog up a short 8% grade. Made me feel pretty good until I realized how much I suck on my bike. Still had to laugh. Walked 2.5 miles. Average speed 1.5 MPH and climbed 360’. No e-bikes passed me either

My Terrier has his own PR's. How many marks he can make on a 2 mile walk. His PR is 9 since I have tracked his PR's. :D

My dog is on prednisone and drinks water like a fish and pees constantly. On our daily 3 mile walks, 4-6 stops is not unusual. Your Terrier wins hands down.
Did a lap around Mercer Island (sans dog) on my bike. The west side has tons of S curves and is slightly downhill. The east side not so curvy and has between a 1 to 4% grade. I chased a guy down on the east side and passed him at the south end of the island. Mid-way on the eastside climb the guy blows by me on a $&@ e-bike. I could out handle him but can’t outclimb electric assist. He was going so fast there was no point in trying to draft, besides I don’t draft people I don’t know. |
