I worked on mine for hours last time and never did get it right, gave up and took it to the shop. If I had any friends they would not let me work on my bicycle.

My last attempt at wrapping bars with faux leather tape like that didn't turn out much better.

To use such an example in product photos is beyond me.

On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd give it a 1 or 2. I sure would not use it in an advertisement.

I think the sales pitch should include "use only on no brake fixies."

Was going to crack a snide remark, but just thought about the fact that whoever in China set up that bar tape for the pictures is probably underpaid and trying to eke out a living without anyone giving them the slightest assistance to prep any specialty item...
