Brakes for Raleigh Wyoming

I have been slowly upgrading my Raleigh Wyoming:

I recently built up a 700C wheelset. The Dia-Compe 500 sidepulls do have enough reach, but I would like to upgrade. I need about 57mm reach, but I have racks and fenders:

(sorry about the upside down cell pics)

I found a used set of Tektro 539s; they had the reach but didn't clear the fenders on the top and sides. Would Tektro 559s fit? I can't seem to find dimensions. Other recommendations? Or should I throw Kool-Stop pads in my Dia-Compes and call it good?

I would go with centerpulls. New Dia Compe 610s are fantastic. The forged or CNCed ones are both good. Plenty of power and more fender room than Sidepulls.

It looks like you're using old pads also. Some new salmon Kool Stops will work well. By the way I believe your pad holders are backwards.

The pads are in correctly. They are not removable pads. Bad cell phone picture.

Killa-bike! Looks like the centerpull option might not be do-able with those rack brackets. Not too familiar with the Tectros. New pads for now and more time to look would be my opinion.
