We had Corvette customers tell us we were not to drive their cars if it rained and we were to park them inside the shop.

Seems reasonable. :thumb:

I got lucky with my most recent one. My time was scheduled for the week of Christmas. I called in for 3 days without being required to show up. On day 4 I was told my service was done. Apparently, no one wants to start a new case during the Christmas and New Years season.

Of the 3 times I've had to actually show up...1) I was never called to panel, 2) Selected as an alternate, but the defendant took a plea deal during lunch before the first day ended, 3) Dismissed by defendant's lawyer during jury selection.

Spent 3 hours in bed this afternoon with dizziness/lightheaded feeling. 2nd time in February and both seemed to coincide with rapid warming then cooling temps. Some sort of sinus/migraine thing I assume

I was being facetious about the brush. Those are common and cheap, $10-15.

Haven't seen a Zerostat in a long time. They're about $100 now!

Pic as promised.

I have no idea what a Mario kart is. Don't judge.

Is that a Rega Planar 1 table? What do you run it through?

The Zerostat gun is almost as cool as the Quisp Cosmiclouder Space Gun I got as a kid from saving cereal box tops, circa 1971. They are rare and go for several hundred bucks on ScamBay.

don't be such a contrarian. Newer isn't always better. For example, you are newer than me but I'm far superior - like my weather app.

I have been holed up all day with Netflix, a book, and a nap in that order. We've been in a blizzard. There is a 100+. car pileup on I-35 north of Bloomington, IL due to the snow and visibility.

One micro-managing idiot service manager I had thought he could fix everything with a rule. We had a meeting and he told us we were never to move the seat in a customer's car. I wouldn't mess with their radios or mirrors but that seat has to go back if I'm going to drive it. That moron was my boss for 2 years.

Rega RP1 I got about 6 years ago. I believe this is the precursor to the Planar 1. I Use a Sonographe preamp and an NAD power amp. I am so busy these days I don’t get to listen much.

Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho, off to blow (snow)!

That's just silly. I'm pretty particular about my cars, but moving the seat wouldn't bother me. Spilling a beer or puking in it would result in them giving me a new car though. 😄

You'd have had a hell of a time with my Mom's car. She was 4'11".

You make this claim, then immediately present evidence that belies it. :foo:
