Katy Flatlands
 

I imagine there are a few Texas C&Vers lurking about so thought it might be worth seeing if anyone plans to bring their vintage bike out to the Katy Flatlands ride this Sunday. Myself and a buddy plan to do the 62 mile route on our vintage bikes: My '84 Raleigh and his '72 Mercian. It's an open start and we plan to hit the route at 7:30 a.m. Let me know if anyone else wants to add to the C&V pace line!

I actually know about where Katy is. Haven't been that way in a long time.

I rode this 10 years ago on a vintage bike while down in Texas, but left at 6 AM to avoid the worst heat.

If you leave today you might just make it here in time :p

Not riding Katy, but Hotter N Hell in august. Just haven't decided if I'm doing it vintage or not yet.

That looks to be just my size... Better keep an eye on it at the rest stops!
