Speaking of healthy eating, I just got notice that my bulk order of Marcona almonds and Pajarero figs was just delivered. :bday:

WhyFi 03-14-22 01:46 PM

My kids, the dummies, don't like fruit pies and it's been challenging to find something like a chocolate cream pie today. :notamused:

Dumb rule.

The Older Boy loves fruit in pretty much all forms, so of course The Younger Boy abhors fruit in pretty much all forms. So if I bought an apple pie at Costco, for example, TYB would expect me to also buy a cake or some such.

I can give you my recipe for chocolate cheesecake, if you like. It's whipped, and delicious. I wish I could say it's low cal like other cheesecakes, but it's not.... Sadly, it won't do for you today, as it needs to set up for more than a few hours.

So far doctor is stumped. Working up the courage to pee in a cup. I don’t have pee anxiety but I didn’t drink water before I came. Maybe shingles…….. or maybe kidney stones but not big ones.

Not all kidney stones cause days of screaming agony. For me, some have been fairly mild and over with quickly. Never had shingles, though. Did you have chickenpox as a ute?

I did, but I’m not sure I ever had the shingles vaccine. I don’t know. Good news it’s not appendicitis. All I could think about was being at 30,000 feet and that thing exploding. Talk about a bad day.

Come back to Willyburg. My MIL just made like a chocolate cakes.

Oh and speaking of which. The chocolate chips in the trail mix were definitely causing the headaches.

I know you were all concerned. Rest easy tonight.

Time for a new one.

Generally - though the actual docs should comment - it's recommended for Olds like me, not young whippersnappers like you.

That is NOT how you keep tires on your rims.

Tell my wife. This kind of stuff just finds her.

All 4 I imagine.

Listen to "Dinner With Racers" podcast. It's actually very good, and not NASCAR centric, which is awesome. They're sponsored by Continental Tire, and you'll love how they say it.

"Tom Brady spent two months with his children and decided he’d rather be hit be 300 pound linemen. I think that tells me everything I need to know about having kids"

Oh man.... This made me laugh.

Likely just the one. Worst case, the two fronts.

I'll check that podcast out.

Dammit, now you got me doing math and conversions and stuff. :notamused:

Also, define "most people".

You can:
1) Auto-lock old threads and unlock if someone with legit interest pings a moderator (what, once a year?)
2) Send new posts on old threads into a moderation queue for review

I've had other ideas in the past that I can't remember now.

Another celebrity broken marriage in the making, womenz don't like that kind of stuff. Unfortunately it's the kids that suffer the most.

With that being said, I don’t eat a lot of red meat as it is. I can’t remember the last time I cooked a steak.

November 2011. There was much smoke.
