An unseasonable 91A here today. 93 yesterday. I might get an afternoon MTB ride in, though I'm still dragging from booster Monday. Workers here in the morning.

I re-sanded the Paramount frame, and will shortly commence waxing it. Never waxed a bike before, and also never had such poor results with paint. Maybe it will protect it some. I'm afraid to put clear coat on it.

Whats the problem with the paint?

I forgot my wireless keyboard and mouse at work and the 2 year old one at home hasn't been working. Oh no I thought, I'm ******. Dragged out my vintage set from 2006 put batteries in keyboard and mouse and they work like a champ. Take that!

Mid 40's here today and tomorrow, but Sunday in the 20's]. I also got called in to work last night. There aren't enough F words. Especially since "someone" dropped the ball to cause it. But we can't have a bunch of Oldsicles (14 story retirement home) coming home @5:am is just not natural, especially sober.

Slow day at the shop today. Thankfully we're only open for another hour or so.

I did get to ride in this morning though! Pretty rare for me to get to commute on my bike.

Every coat I put on instantly becomes orange peel. The primer had no issue, but every color coat does. Two different brands of paint. I painted another bike in that same location with the same brand of paint, last month. No issues. It's a good thing I'm not a stickler.

I'm working Monday even though it's a holiday and taking it as a floating day later on. I sold back 2.5 unused days of PTO at 80% this year last year it was 7. I can't wait until every day is a Saturday.
