Now I’m going to go check that out.

I tried to download it but apparently it's "coming soon for Mac" so my guess is it's only available for PC right now. Let me know if you like it. I do have a PC but no dongles for it. I have been running Zwift off my MacBook.

That said, if you notice YOUR usual RHR is increased, that's a sign of overtraining or other issues.

Oh.

And as I see it’s PC, that means I have to repurpose one of the laptops around and see if it works, and that wont be until moving. And still won’t have a proper desktop for the trainer.

It also looks to be very much still just riding a virtual bike.

MSRP was 85, he got it for 62 before tax credit (another 10k) delivered to his house on a flat bed from Cape Cod. Ultimatey that car will cost him less than a top level Honda Pilot when you factor in gas savings.

Until it comes time to change the alternator

Won't even be able to find it on one of those. ;)

I know we've all had it with the polar vortexes, but what's wrong with HTFU and riding on the roads?

I cut my finger on the lid of a cat food can.

You’re a goner. What size are your bikes? Asking for a friend.

Well, for me it's Raynaud's, and once I took the Bar-Mitts off I didn't want to put them back on. Anything under 60* is asking for trouble for me.

Mrs datlas released my package from quarantine:

I'm going to try to ride home in the danger zone (below 60F) sans gloves.

I figure my very low heart rate is genetic. Btw, I feel that I have a low max, too.

Realistically they could pay me, but it would take a lot.

Lyme disease is very uncommon in SoCal.

I bought a couple pair, also, and have been less than impressed. I know their more expensive stuff is good but I find these to be mediocre as far as fit and the pad goes.

I had a truck which could go close to 400 miles but it held 40 gallons. I had another truck which could go over 600 miles on a 33 gallon tank.

I just came to the realization that my wife was right (I hate when that happens). She has been telling me that my gastrointestinal gas issues, which significantly trigger my hernia discomfort, are mostly due to the oatmeal I have for breakfast 5 days a week. Now I've finally come to realize that the days I have eggs instead of oatmeal almost always result in more comfortable hernia days. :(

So what are you guys eating?

Sous vide egg bite (frozen, from Costco), and a slice of homemade whole wheat toast, with some sriacha.
