What Bikes Make You Drool???

For me it is a Colnago C64 in white or red with raw black carbon tubes. I get weak in the knees when I see one.

I've posted this many times but I want it so bad I can taste it (and it has the beautiful steel tang) when I get back to the states in 2024 I'm going to buy one.

I stopped drooling around age 3.

I did too until I got a CPAP machine and a mask now I drool every night while 100 PSI is shoved into my lungs

IF the S-Works Aethos - Founder's Edition came in matte black & mechanical brifters (dislike E shifting) I'd have a pool of drool.

IMO, a good 80% of what makes this bike more drool-worthy than most others is the color and finish, topped off with the matching stem and post. Slap that paint job on just about any road bike at the LBS and it's instantly way hotter.

And the shape. That basso is cool but a very different design as compared to the Battaglin. The Basso looks like a modern bike while the Battaglin is a modern take on a classic design (as stated above).

Like @indyfabz, I don't drool.

But no matter how hot, cold, or windy, I always sweat while I'm riding a bike. So I guess what makes me sweat is a bike I can ride!

Notso_fastLane 10-14-20 02:40 PM

I want a new Alpha 7 Velomobile in a bad way. Can't afford one, and I'm happy with my Strada, but damn those things are nice looking.

Don’t think the planet will be able to support humans by that time, so I’m not concerned.
