The marijuana store in Great Barrington, MA is doing a brisk business this morning. Gettin’ ready for some football?

What a gorgeous day for a ride! Definitely a top ten weather day of the year for cycling. :bday:

I have no idea where a Maserati dealer is in my area but I've been seeing them more and more here in corn country. I must have a new dealership near me. :foo:

I've been seeing them more regularly over here, too.

Up here, to. It felt about 50 when I got up at 4:30. Currently 72 with no humidity and mostly sun. Same tomorrow.

bampilot06 09-19-21 11:54 AM

it was chilly when I started this morning. Almost made me want to wear my vest.

Heated up fast once the sun came up.

So close whyfi, so close.

Yeah, it doesn't look anything like your BK burger and fries.

I still think we should have a weekly KOM for the highest elevation on the leaderboard.

Agreed. I wouldn’t stand a chance.

Apparently I've been feeling a bit frisky lately.

My last two rides on my Holdsworth:

9/12

I took 15 seconds off of my PR on Paris Mt. today from 17:47 to 17:32. I'm still too weak and too fat for this sport, but seeing that kind of progress is pretty neat.

datlas 09-19-21 01:29 PM

I am considering the possiblity of semi-retirement in the next year or two. Just for kicks I wanted to check how much a reasonable family health insurance policy would cost.

We are looking at 2500-3000 per month. :twitchy:

What - the leaderboard? I saw your total before heading out on my ride. It didn't change my ride.

Oh, stop yer bellyachin' and use the Elevation sort button if it makes you feel better.

It's not like folks with higher mileage totals are avoiding readily available climbs and I'd be more than happy to have a kj leaderboard (to which MoAlpha would suggest a kj/kg leaderboard, 'cause he's a wiry little rascal :p).
