Pretty high diesel:regular ratio there. Ouch.

wait, so your "premium" isn't and diesel costs more than petrol. That's just cray cray. And even that "high" price is significantly cheaper than our petrol was.

Oh something interesting happened today. Set off to do a straight no frills century. Left my house road 50 miles In one direction and then turned around. When I got back to my house I was only at 94 miles. Rode another 4 in my neighborhood but ended up just getting frustrated.

Did the world decrease in circumference today?

Yep, you caught it as it exhaled.

What are you going to fly when you move the AA?

I remember going on a long weekend tour in NJ, which has the lowest gas prices in the area, and seeing gas under $2.00/gallon.

My Subaru, which I brought home around 7/5/16, just went over 13,000 miles.

I have had eight bikes. I now have two regular riders. Much better. What the eight bikes gives you is a real time comparison, so you can determine what you like. I discovered I like race geometry in a frame that's too big for me, by normal standards.

My dad angsted over a Corvair, or a Mustang? Back in '65, or '66. For his work car. He went with the Corvair. And then along came Ralph Nader. He remained bitter til the end of his days.

Same. I've made that other mistake far too many times.

I am scheduled to take the Subaru to Chery Hill Thursday morning for a recall repair and then work in the Mount Laurel office. I think I am going to cancel both.

What ever keeps me based as close to home as possible.

Its either the Bus, or 737. The 737 is pretty junior in DC, so maybe that.

Maybe you should shop around more.

I love riding in the Bus. I'll sometimes schedule a flight, based on that.
My first favorite, however, was the 727.

I used to be in the whole “if it ain’t Boeing, I ain’t going crows!” crowd, now I don’t care.

Bus from the flight deck is much more spacious. Never hear any complaints from other pilots.

wut

If your car was a rider on the Addiction Strava leaderboard, it would be near the bottom.

bampilot06 roaring out to an early lead in the pissing contest. Met the shower tote of shower totes at the Veloway this morning; maybe I’ll type up the whole account later at my laptop. Good ride other than that.

And it’s payday and Shimano day. :bday:

Wait what’s happening with shimano?

And I won’t be able to ride until Sunday Morning. So I imagine my lead won’t last long.

Supposedly, the new toys are to be officially unveiled at Eurobike, noon ET. Retail availability, of course, is still to be determined, both on bikes and standalone. However, it should give us clarity at least. For example, I might be able to make real plans about my steel.
