Now that my foot's healed up pretty good, I'll be ramping up mileage-wise, but probably not losing much weight-wide.

Salad and a nice plate o spaghetti. 200+ tss ride on two water bottles and a pbj. I did have a slice of apple bread, pre ride. With these 6 day ride weeks, I'm slowly approaching within 10 pounds of datlas weight. What a shame the season is in the ****ter.

Extremely outlier sample size. Like three or four standard derivations.

Negatory, Ghost Rider. I ride just right. If I didn't have to work, I would ride more. |

I know what you mean, and I've never weighed in fake-vs-real, but lordy, I would take real any day, simply because interval time stands still on the trainer. Just a micro-rest please. Just one..

It’s wild how hard ergometer work is. Lately, to give myself a break, I will pick a crowded Zwift loop and chase ghosts for 10 min intervals. Go out hard, get on a fast wheel and if power isn’t FTP or above, attack and catch someone faster. I swear it feels 10x easier then 10 min of erg at Z4 and it’s a target-rich environment when you’re as weak as I am.

I seem to remember 145. I was within reach of that about 10 years ago, but no way I'll get below 155 again, I don't think.
