I seem to remember 145. I was within reach of that about 10 years ago, but no way I'll get below 155 again, I don't think.

A bit under one-fitty, if I remember right. I'll never get there, but I'm happy with where I am.

Velo Vol 04-19-20 07:13 PM

At my last weigh-in, a month ago, I was 149 pounds, 10.6429 stone.

Yup. It has been a challenge to eat enough and I’m not even riding that much. I am down to 140 or less, but fortunately I’m a few inches shorter than datlas . It would still suck to get seriously ill at this weight.

Compared to serious cyclists, that is.

And fake miles don’t count.

Extremely outlier sample size. Like three or four standard derivations.

LAJ 04-19-20 07:55 PM

This is Addiction. There are no derivations.

Deviations.

But, plenty of deviants.

I missed that in the confusion of water skiers in wetsuits.

Negatory, Ghost Rider. I ride just right. If I didn't have to work, I would ride more.

The trainer is where I do all my hard workouts these days, but you know what I mean.

I know what you mean, and I've never weighed in fake-vs-real, but lordy, I would take real any day, simply because interval time stands still on the trainer. Just a micro-rest please. Just one..

It’s wild how hard ergometer work is. Lately, to give myself a break, I will pick a crowded Zwift loop and chase ghosts for 10 min intervals. Go out hard, get on a fast wheel and if power isn’t FTP or above, attack and catch someone faster. I swear it feels 10x easier then 10 min of erg at Z4 and it’s a target-rich environment when you’re as weak as I am.

Salad, sandwich, mixed vegetables, potato, potato chips.

The chips were separate from the potato.

Potato bread for the sandwich?

When I was at boarding school one of the cooks made a fried bread that we called potato bread due to its shape.

It was good. I wish I had some today.

That may be one reason to get a smart trainer. I've worn a groove in the wheel on the trainer, but it still works. Some things, I have no need to justify spending, but a new trainer? Oh my.....

Ruffles go between the bread and tuna fish.
