Does that mean I can or cannot wear white?

You may drink gin and tonic until St. Stephen’s Day if you are wearing white, just make sure your purse matches.

Seeing if the walk matches the talk.

Verdict: No

Assuming not Chinarello.

Nice bike and it comes with 2 drivetrains. It's too small and "This listing is far from your current location."

This is a safe place.

but, we need pictures.

I really hope to ride outside tomorrow, I’ve had enough of zwift. I’m still a little nervous about riding where I am at but the roads are pretty wide and as long as it’s not rush hour traffic seems to be light.

Mojo hooked me up with some routes and great ideas for wednesday. Thinking I might drive over to Mellow Johnies and hit up the mups around there and venture out. Might try and meet up for lunch if I can.

bampilot06 11-01-21 07:38 PM

Fun fact after a day of ground school my brain turns to mush.
Fun fact number 2 I flew the 737 in the sim today and did not crash.
Fun fact number 3 my captain lives where I used to live, and cycles. He has gotten to cycle in Italy in layovers. His bike of choice, Pinarello.

Apparently the filter got smarter.

I'm surprised it took so long.

Real close to my location, and my size. 😔

LesterOfPuppets 11-01-21 07:46 PM

The mushroom one is pretty funny.

There's a Dogma 65.1 near me -- a cm or two smaller than I prefer, but still totally ridable, but the price is too low, so guaranteed scam.

After I looked at it, FB reminded me of this frameset that I'd viewed before. Exactly my preferred size and only $75. I expect it to be in the garage before long...

Am I the only one who thinks it should be easy to fly an aeroplane? :foo:

A smart filter would mute posts containing "gravel," "dirt," "fatbike," etc.

They are easy to fly once you get the hang of it. Landing is what kills you.

Think the guy in Fort Worth would take $75? I could do that for sure.

The worst he could do is say no.

Ditto. I love snakes so I'd love to see a rattler, but I think my opinion may change if I do finally run across one.

We have, of course, never allowed her to forget this, even half a century later.

I received this book as a gift when I was younger:

I don't ever want to see a mountain lion. If I ever, do that means that it's been watching me for a while - and that's absolutely horrifying.

Unless you ask him in person, then I guess it could get worse :)

Probably. I mean, most people can barely drive in 2 dimensions, so why should adding one make it easier? If the engine in your car stops, you slow to a stop. If the engine in your plane stops, you plummet to the ground.

He drives my cars, and has even driven one of the sports cars on the COTA track, but not at speed and with no concern for banging the things up.

It's amazing what you get if you spend some money. In the last 10 years, I've been to about 4 of these Porsche events, a Jaguar event, and received a free day of track training at COTA in December '19 after buying an AMG. It's not worth buying the cars just for that though - you have to want the car, and the rest is bonus. None of the events are hard core, just fun and give you a free taste of speed.

Here's my wife driving at one of them:

Mrs. GeneJockey's Mom was a reader in a town of uneducated people, so she knew many words from reading that she'd never heard spoken, like the time she was talking about the "subtle nuances" of something, but said "nunces".
