I’m on year 2 but with wife #2

40 is still pretty far away, and it can stay there.

Nothing wrong with "as-ridden". :thumb:

It's funny how anything shallower than a 404 looks shallow to me now though.

I like it and them. Nice choice, and glad the importation worked out mostly OK.

No one wants that, but it's likely going to be necessary.

A month ago, we were planning to go out to LA to get my daughter ready to attend her freshman year at USC. Now I am thinking it's more likely she will be taking her classes from home. But it's still TBA.

I'm sure it'll be a pleasant drop in price too?

In my dreams. It may end up costing the SAME since they threatened that if students stay off campus, any financial aid will be reduced by the amount of room/board they are not using. We did not get much aid, but a little, roughly the amount for a dorm room and a budget meal plan.

Sigh.

I mean, I wouldn't want to go any deeper for fear that my feathery 185 lbs would get pushed around in the wind. :innocent:

Yeah. It's the one thing* that'll look funny if I do ever get a steel all-road bike: the first upgrade would be a pair of Vanquish 6s.

*other than the rider, yes, I know

Maybe when Shimano's 12 speed finally drops I can take the Trek to 11 somewhat affordably.

Just paid 500 bucks to get my bike updated to R7000. Can be done pretty affordably if you want. The used 5800 stuff is pretty inexpensive now, but not worth getting over R7000 imho. R7000 feels like a bolt action rifle. Solid.

Where in jersey are you? I just moved to the area about a year ago and started riding again a couple of months ago.

The only way it could be hotter is if it was orange!

Would not recommend. My regular groomer reopened at the beginning of June and is still getting through April and May appointments. He never has problems there. So much drama today.
