My solution so sweat in the eyes is losing steerer spacers.

You need a HUD in the vanquish.
of course the vanquish would have been MUCH better if it was the Aston Martin kind... Or even the HED Vanquish. |

That'd get you the last spot on the podium at this point.

Two of you obviously need to focus on the more important things in life.
And that wouldn't have gotten you on the podium last week. |
Looks like Trainsnorter gets the top spot.
Kudos! |
I got three Strava notifications while I was out on a ride today, all of them to tell me that I'd lost KOMs. Now, keep in mind that I'm a big boy, so the only KOMs I'm getting are short, high output kinds of affairs. Yeah, no - no one just beat me in a flying half mile by 11 seconds. Not anyone around here, at least. Likewise, no one beat my time on a flat, 1.2 mile stretch by 55 seconds. Damn people and their phones that they forget to pause. :notamused:

Both of those are obviously true.
Or even the HED Vanquish.

This morning ride went better than the last time I rode after a long ride. Legs had power, and my body didn’t feel fatigued. My arse was just killing me, I had to keep standing up to take the pressure off of it. I was wearing my worst pair of bibs, but it’s never hurt that bad.
My pinky and ring finger in my left hand have become useless. I couldn’t open my sun glasses or get my phone out of my pocket while ai was riding. It’s not like I am left handed or anything. :notamused: Y’all wizards got any magic to combat this or do I need to HTFU and learn how to write with my right hand? |

Still don’t have full use of my left hand, but decided I would suck it up until tuesday. I start a four day trip, if it’s not better by the time I get home then off to a doctor. |

Had a good visit with the parents, now heading home. I am still going to try to get in an easy Z2 ride later despite high heat and humidity. Also gotta get another batch of sourdough ready to be baked tomorrow.
A safe and happy 4th to all who celebrate it. |

Im assuming it’s a combination of heart rate, power temp etc??
which Garmin? I actually like the heat when my route is relatively flat, but I couldn’t take it yesterday. One of the hills hit 18% for a decent stretch (4-500 feet) and I actually had to stop. Can’t remember the last time I had to stop on a climb. |

I wish there were more options for all-carbon wheels like the Trispoke. Spoke tension gives me the willies.

I don't think so. The Halo is for people who get sweat in their eyes. In your case the bandana may be adequate.
Also found some bar tape that can be used. In worse shape are the brifter covers. I guess eBay is the place to go for that? (ancient 6600s) |

Done. All yours now, if you wish. Recall I got ripped off by about 6 miles yesterday so you may want some insurance miles.
Good ride today but HOT. |
