You need a HUD in the vanquish.

of course the vanquish would have been MUCH better if it was the Aston Martin kind...

Both of those are obviously true.

Or even the HED Vanquish.

That'd get you the last spot on the podium at this point.

And that wouldn't have gotten you on the podium last week.

Looks like Trainsnorter gets the top spot.

Kudos!

WhyFi 07-05-20 01:59 PM

I got three Strava notifications while I was out on a ride today, all of them to tell me that I'd lost KOMs. Now, keep in mind that I'm a big boy, so the only KOMs I'm getting are short, high output kinds of affairs. Yeah, no - no one just beat me in a flying half mile by 11 seconds. Not anyone around here, at least. Likewise, no one beat my time on a flat, 1.2 mile stretch by 55 seconds. Damn people and their phones that they forget to pause. :notamused:

Working on it. 15 more millimeters to go.

May I suggest you make a thread about it? :innocent:

Cazenovistan need not be on the canal to be in the canal trade zone. It's certainly not getting its goods from the St. Lawrence River.

My pinky and ring finger in my left hand have become useless. I couldnít open my sun glasses or get my phone out of my pocket while ai was riding. Itís not like I am left handed or anything. :notamused:

Yíall wizards got any magic to combat this or do I need to HTFU and learn how to write with my right hand?

yep you need the right saddle and a professional bike fitting

I bought the single when it came out BITD. It was the first recorded music purchase I ever made. Was kind of pissed that the b side was the live version even though I liked the live version better.

Figured as much, though havnt really had any issues until this point.
Still donít have full use of my left hand, but decided I would suck it up until tuesday. I start a four day trip, if itís not better by the time I get home then off to a doctor.

A safe and happy 4th to all who celebrate it.

and same to you and yours.

which Garmin?

I actually like the heat when my route is relatively flat, but I couldnít take it yesterday. One of the hills hit 18% for a decent stretch (4-500 feet) and I actually had to stop. Canít remember the last time I had to stop on a climb.

My 1030 and my wife's 830 both have it. After today's 63 miler that ended at 95ļ, my Garmin says that I'm 100% acclimated. :D

I looked through a box of stuff and I actually have a Halo II headband I ordered in 2012(!) but never opened. I guess I should try it out, eh?

Also found some bar tape that can be used. In worse shape are the brifter covers. I guess eBay is the place to go for that? (ancient 6600s)

Good ride today but HOT.

I wanted to do a metric if I didn't overheat first, so I kept my heart rate low and ignored every thing else. I had a low average but I hate cramping so I resisted the urge to work harder. As it was, the metric was a piece of cake despite being 90s. Disclaimer: It was FLAT.
