575 @ f4.5 - The Haiku and Photography Thread

The idea is simple: Post a photograph of something C&V Bicycle related, and a haiku to go with it.

where is your parade?

And 'Motion Control' trucks

@ClydeClydeson How'd you know that's a truck? I fixed these in a previous life. Nothing like jacking up a hopper car and wedging your body in there, knowing that you won't feel a thing if it let's go.

My Dad was Clyde. We're brothers.

Now that's a proper mirror mounted to your handlebars! At least it appears that way.

The Mountain Mirrycle, it's called, and I use them on all my bikes. I delete one of the arms, so it doesn't look so gawky. There is only one bike in my stable that I couldn't use it on, and that's because the I.D. of the handlebar was tapered at the end. Tightening the bolt simply squeezed it out of the hole. I had to use an exterior-mount motorcycle style mirror on that bike... not ideal.

I'm talking about the one on the whale mobile. It kinda looks like it's attached to your right bar in the picture. It's not, but the gap on the whale mobile looks like a piece of pipe.

If I can teach 9 year olds to write Haiku, so can you!
