Well.. it comes from the proceeds, but I’m technically the one paying it since I probably could have knocked about that much off of the sale price without a realtor.

Yeah, I just wasn't sure if the seller was expecting to keep all of their asking price (and you'd essentially be paying additional to the realtor) or if the seller had agreed to the realtor taking a cut. FSBO people are weird sometimes.

The falls themselves are about 215 feet, and the rim trail takes you way above THAT. Spectacular!

I really miss Ithaca sometimes. Spent two years there after college, deciding graduate school wasn't my cup of tea.

8 miles north on Rt 89. There is - or was - a restaurant nearby. I can't vouch for it, since I left Ithaca in 1982. All the restaurants I knew are gone!

I removed one of mine, too. Actually it broke off.
