SRAM Powerglide (10-speed) chainring compatibility for a SRAM Red 22 'C2' (11-speed)

Hi team. New to this forum, so be nice please! I'm upgrading my old Trek Domane from SRAM Red 10-speed to a SRAM Red 22 'C2' 11-speed groupset. I want to keep my old S-900 crank and power meter, so my question is, will the 10-speed Powerglide chainrings work OK with the 11-speed group, or will I have to upgrade to the SRAM X-glide or Praxis Works chainrings? If I have to upgrade, which of those two are better, the SRAM X-glide chainrings or the Praxis Works ones? Thanks for any advice!

My only data point for this question comes from a very well-respected bicycle mechanic/shop owner -- so, obviously, Huge Grain Of Salt required -- who, when I had him upgrade my 10-speed setup to 11-speed eTap, insisted that the whole SRAM "22" paradigm required "22"-series chainrings to work optimally. Something about the width of those 10-speed teeth versus the 11-speed chains, I think.

Like I said, Huge Grain Of Salt... he may have just been putting on his salesman's hat, for all I know. (Then again, see above re: "well-respected" I honestly don't think the guy was that kind of ******.) Bottom line, I split the difference -- went with Force level cranks/chainrings to maintain the "22"-series paradigm, and Red everything else -- and the system works flawlessly.
