I have the seat push all the way back, almost beyond limits. The seat post that is on it, only has 10 mm set back, Iím lookin to replace it with 20 mm set back or more.

I was going to say if you couldn't read it you could measure it with a micrometer or vernier.

We've installed a few of those kits for customers at the shop. Not recommended.

At that point just get a small motorcycle.

I suspect these customers don't qualify for a motorcycle license.

Double liked for including the cat.

It got cool, suddenly. It’s 44F out. Time to bundle up and ride!

Woke up to this this morning after riding wooded trails in Ohio yesterday for 3-4 hours. Iím guessing allergic conjunctivitis as Iíve had it before during hay fever season. The trails were loaded with ragweed. Started swelling during the ride.

It was freezing this morning. I thought I was looking forward to the colder temperatures but I changed my mind.

On last night's ride, when it started it was in the mid 80s, but I passes through some places where the temps got down to 73. Those felt almost chilly. I must be fairly well acclimated, which is good because there's still a week of September and then all of October to go with potential for temps in the 90s and 100s here. At least the days are short.

I TRIED to keep to a recovery pace last night, after really hammering on Thursday, but sometimes it's hard to hold back. I did manage to keep it all at Tempo or below. The race I rode the other night - 35 minutes, basically, was all higher than Tempo. 90% Threshold, according to Strava. No wonder I couldn't hold on. This was the pace I used to ride in the Crits, but for twice the time! I thought I was doing okay, riding with a group of 4 other riders, mostly sitting in but sometimes on the front. Then at the start of the next-to-last lap, one of them dialed it up from 2.5 w/kg to 3 and they left me for dead. I dunno - more Sweet Spot? I was responding okay to surges, but couldn't hold 3+ w/kg for very long.

First time back on the bike since hurting my back. Slow and easy, but felt good to be back out. Maybe more tomorrow. Can still feel some twinges when I do certain things.

Allergic issues are unlikely to affect only one eye. datlas would know better, but Iíd assume thatís infectious.

I see what you did there . . . negative points for using the cat to lean the bike on.

I take antihistamines but I also picked up OTC pink eye drops. They seem to help a little.

I agree since a sty popped up on the upper lid late morning. :(

Jeez, you’d think with all of the hand washing and hand sanitizers that things like this would be uncommon. It’s not like I’m around a bunch of children or anything.
