40.47 miles with 1,365 feet in gain. Set out to go further, but the temps dropped to the mid-40's and I wasn't dressed for that cold this early in the year.

Leaves turning color? Cold weather? This St. Paul, MN must be a place that has those "season" things. I read about those in a book, once.
While I'm glad we don't have seasons here, it sure does look pretty. |

Oh I know it, I've been to Lambeau Field in the winter.
And my dad's family is from South Dakota. I was born and raised in SoCal. I didn't see snow fall until I was in my 20's. |
My longest ride this week was only 32 miles 1800 feet of ascent. However my total for the week is 170 miles with 9400 feet of ascent. So kinda happy about that.

Short 20 miler today under gray skies on wet roads. 18.6 MPH Ave speed, 960 feet of climbing. A weenie ride but it felt good.

32 yesterday with 1200’ climbing with 18.03 ave speed.

Rode up the Middle Fork along the river with gorgeous views of mtn peaks surrounding me. Temp was 62* but was not noticeable since I needed to get home to get one of my animals to the vet. Total distance, 39.85 with an average speed of 18.82 MPH with no climbing to speak of (600’). So darned close to 19! Next time.

53 miles. I was pressed for time or else would have gone further. I have 140 miles for the week which ends tomorrow. Want to try to get in 30 more.
|
Only between 20 and 25 miles. I mainly ride the 130 miles of intown mups in Lincoln. But the city has all the park rest rooms closed because of the this china flu. If you drink as much water as you say you should, you have to stop, and now I cant. Normally I would ride between 30 and 35 miles.

44.4 miles

A flat 30 in the Snoqualmie valley at an average 19.01 MPH. Started this year trying for 15 MPH average on 30 mile rides but it just kept bumping up from May until today when I hit my goal. In my 30s and 40s used to do centuries and doubles, but drafting, at an average of 19-20 MPH so this makes me feel like a kid again, just zooming along. Woohoo!

35.0 miles

47-spot filled with urban and coastal miles. late start meant that it started getting really nice tempwise as i was winding down.
|
28 on the in-door bicycle as I looked thru the pane of glass blurred by heavy rain.
|
43 today. Started off feeling a bit under the weather, but the more I rode the stronger I got, and better I felt!
