Why can't I post in all forums ??

I get why I can't post in a forum that requires Admin Password . However why can't I post for example in the lounge forums like Politic etc? Do I need a special pass . I've been a member here for at least 3 years maybe longer . And I have posted plenty of times with a number of started threads . Suggestions ???? Thanks Guys

Apparently to get access you have to be able to read a Sticky
