I usually toss them when they do not solidly click in place or can be opened easily, especially if they can be opened by hand.

Trek told me one time. They took my chain off when I was in there and they grabbed a new quick link.
I wouldn’t want to test that theory with the massive amount of Watts I put out. |

I haven't gotten to that point - you must put out a lot more wattz.
More like after several times on and off they lose their solid "click." |

that is a supposition and can't be stated as fact. It's a stupid idea and with or without a camera lives would be lost and serves as no deterrent.

Daughter got a job offer as a music teacher where she did her student teaching. :bday:

He has the same madone as me, and for those of you that know, the varia and the madone don’t get along. The mount with the bands won’t stay centered when you ride, sometimes turning completly around, (still didn’t help me). anywho he created a mount for the madone and he hooked me up today. He said he will make blue ones soon, but I’m pretty stoked just to have it as is. |

I’ve never heard a snake be called a racer before.
|
For the record, I used to reuse quick links until I broke a couple. Now, I check them carefully for looseness where the side plate and the pin join as that seems to be where they break apart at. Also, I don't mix quick links and chain manufacturers as there is some variation.
