Your link is broken, unfortunately. But without even seeing the pictures, I can tell you that that is a hell of a hubset. One of the dudes on my weekly track-bike-street-ride has a pair, and they're ridiculously nice.

All the parts, except the rear hub (DuraAce 7600) and tyres (Soyo Pro-fessional Spurt Racing tubular), date from the 50s to 70s... but the frame is a 2009 Chesini Pista in Columbus SL.

Those rims are awesooooome. What are they? Are they dark gray like that picture makes them look, or is that a trick of the light?

That is right its a low end road frame (but there is no track "velodrome" in Montreal) sorry i wish i can own one hehe!
