Power came back about an hour ago.

That’s the problem. The three or four people I am thinking of actually have decent fitness but no souplesse.

Swimming in hot tub temps? No thx. 76 is pretty nice for swimming IMO

That was me prior to last year. Trainer problems.

I'll bet it was! I was out of breath just driving.

Tomorrow we hike to Alta Lakes. I've never been at this altitude. Anxious to see how it goes.

I was 35, fit, and had slowly been going from the 5,000s to 11,000s over 7 weeks.

Cancellation coverage usually only kicks in if the event is cancelled, not if a participant decides not to attend.

This was specifically for refunds if you decide not to go. I'm not sure why this is confusing.

That might be a factor.

I have suggested that the offenders should be forced to learn to ride rollers. No way a wobbler can do that, and learning to ride rollers pretty much forces you to have a smooth pedaling/ride style.

But no one rides rollers anymore. They are going the way of the stick-shift. :50:

Your contention, that you can get the money back simply because you decide not to go, is dubious. See Exhibit A (covered reasons).

IKR? The answer was so obvious, I thought it was a trick question.

Post a photo of your appearance this evening and we'll have the group vote on it.

Man, I did a few too many dips and pullups yesterday. Upper body has been sore all day.

I had a mystery weariness in my legs today, but I HTFU and motored up the hills anyway.
