1" threadless steel fork suggestions?

I'm looking for suggestions for a decent quality steel road fork with a 1" threadless steerer.

Preferably under $200, black and with about 370mm from axle to crown race.

My son has a Fuji Roubaix Pro 2003(?) TIG welded from 853, with a carbon fork.

He weighs about 225 and I worry about him riding around on an old and probably cheap CF fork.

If necessary, I could build him one. But if I can get one for $200 or so it wouldn't be worth my time.
It's been 10 years since I built a fork and I'm so OCD when building anything that it takes twice as long as it should.

Not many threadless steel forks around in 1" - most threadless ones would be 1 1/8" nowadays. Nothing wrong with CF forks though, a Columbus Minimal would suit most steel frames nicely and comes in a 1 inch steerer option.
