I bet certain people has no idea they were on the west coast.

I wonder if my wife will let me……

Not likely - not enough tire clearance. I would be it's a Boone, which they just updated and has been their dedicated CX model for a several years.

It's rigged - he even subtracted my hard-earned trainer miles.

Jackie caught a mouse. She likes to play with mice instead of kill them. Is that normal feline behavior??

It's normal if they weren't taught to eat their catch by their mother.

I think the guy i’m working with is off today.

If I brought home a new bike, I’d be sleeping with it.

Negative, Funds come Friday.

Bike shop just called, there was debate about whether or not to wrap the bars, since I plan on switching them. Leaving them unwrapped for now,
Test riding tomorrow.

For many it is. Reds was once bringing us a mouse he caught. It got out of his mouth and ended up getting away. He just looked at it while it made its escape under a closet door. Other times we found dead ones. One night we were out late at a party. When we got home I found he had left a huge dead one right next to my slippers I would change into.

It looks like the latest Boone.

The new Checkpoint has some really nice improvements.

Wrap and ride!

Rewrap when the other bars come. No way I could let it sit for three months.

Yea when I see it tomorrow I’ll have them wrap it. When I stepped in on Saturday the guy I have been working with during this process was off. The other staff seemed pretty knowledgeable about my plans, and when they looked up the bars it showed a little bit of a wait.
Maybe my guy has knows of some somewhere else?

There is also a small chance I won’t be able to “pick it up” til the end of the month. By pick it up, I mean my wife go and pay for it and it sit at the shop til December. That’s prolly the main reason for delaying the wrapping. If scenario number 2 happens then the new bars might arrive before I physically get to bring it home.

If option 2 happens the scream Friday morning will be heard around the world.

Adios Jon Gruden. Very bad boy.

bampilot06 10-11-21 07:27 PM

Is doug not part of the bike addict group? That’s a lot of miles I don’t recall ever seeing.

Yes. Especially if her mom didn't teach her how to kill mice.
