RIP John Prine
Truly, truly sad

Besides the new Casino Royale and Skyfall, the newest one I've seen in its entirety is Moonraker. The Dalton ones always seemed even cheesier than the Roger Moore action, but I'm gonna try to persevere.

Aww man. RIP. Glad I got to see him live last year, little did I know...

Connery or Craig. Those are the only Bonds.

Brosnan wasn’t bad either.

Favorite back then, or favorite now, but from those 4 years?

There are a couple that fit both, I reckon

Confusion by New Order
Controversy by Prince

I guess there's gotta be another that begins with Con... to round it out nicely. Hmmm.

Drawing a blank on another Con tune but
Thinking of those two tunes just makes me think of another dance club hit:

Confortably Numb, of course

Meh.

I got the call from my employer today, and I've been furloughed.

I'll be fine financially(in theory) if this doesn't last more than 6 months, but what am I supposed to do with all this free time?

Theramin is under appreciated.

Elaborate.

You miss the best part of the broadcast day.

Not sure I've ever seen a statute of a cyclist. There's definitely not one around here.

Yes, good distinction. I started out asking three songs you most associate with high school, but changed it a bit.

Actually I started the movie too late night before last and we had to finish it last night.

Oh well, the show must go on. Tonight, Thunderball!

The rjones28 cinematic archives contain a complete set of Bond films, including unsanctioned releases. Many are on VHS.

I know no one needs to know this but I thought a little cycling talk would be nice. :D

The street sweepers are out this week. Time to take the snow tires off of the Fuji.

At any rate, doesn't appear you listened to much pop/rock in HS.

You didn't specify that the songs had to be new, just that the were favorites.

My mileage might get a little crazy.

The last time I had this much time on my hands, was when I was recovering from my big wreck. 350 mile weeks was the norm back then.

Now I'll be happy if I drop 10-15 pounds.

Two of these came out the year before I was in high school, I think.
Jimi Hendrix, 1983 from Electric Ladyland
Cream, Deserted Cities of the Heart from Wheels of Fire
Blind Faith Can't find My Way Home from their only album
All of these albums were great.
