Nearly. There is a nine mile route that I can ride from the shop that is pretty much all climbing. Last summer, I was taking a bout 50 to 55 minutes to get to the peak. I did not take a picture, but I let the sourdough rise overnight, and this morning it had puffed up 3x its size. Guess what's on the menu for dinner??
