The Hananero needs a new groupset. I know it’s crazy but I am actually considering Campy Chorus as an option.

Do you consider LesterOfPuppets to be a serious tandem cyclist?

Same here. Ask away.
using 35mm tires, and with a combined weight of about 380lbs, what inflation should I use as a starting point? being limited to canto/V-brakes, what’s the hot setup? I plan on ordering new swissstop pads, but is there a canti/V that is superior to all others? |
Are tandem riders more likely to wave at other cyclists?

Not sure what the best drop bar V's are, since we have flat bar. For canti's I like vintage Shimano paper football lookin' XTs (slight possibility they might snag your stoker's heel some of they have big feet) https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...ba49427c42.jpg |
Twin Six teased a new design on Insta - I like it. I like it a lot.

It is imperative that you keep them properly adjusted and running close. You can run out of lever quickly on downhills if you run them too wide. |

edit: with a 34 out back I would probably be happy with the 50x34 up front even if I found myself in the Eastern Sierra Nevadas. |

I climbed 2000 feet this week. That’s gotta be a record somewhere.

Same. I'm suspicious of a pedal. No loaded bicycle, but that's about what I naturally top out at. I don't force the issue at that speed.

AG wanted to watch 13th during dinner. I knew most of it; she knew little. Even for me, it's rough.
