I'd have thought that the increasing size and pendulosity of nearby items more than compensates for any diminishing of the primary bulge. Or, "Why do I have do make adjustments when sitting down, that I didn't have to make as a younger man?"

Under 10% is ripped af. Like, 8-pack, strands of twitching muscle, and road map of veins ripped.

I thought that was under 5%. Well then I guess I am closer to 12%. I like my ice cream too much.

Side note: 31500 steps for the day.

Mojo31 12-03-21 06:52 PM

75 steps today, a 9 hours in a desk chair. ☹️

Nope. Will have to live off my winter stores.

Velo Vol 12-03-21 06:58 PM

I have no idea how many steps today. The proper number to get where I needed to go.

I saw them live outdoors in Philly for free in ‘86. Full show with two sets. A radio station had a “Be In.” Great show. I distinctly remember everyone dancing to “Jessica.”

Beautiful Sunday afternoon. We walked close to 4 miles to get there and walked home afterwards.

Years ago some of our club members were tested and one guy was 3% and another was 2%. I was tested @ 14% at close to 220#. When I toured cross country in 1990 the 2% guy was in our group. He was faster than the other 3 of us and we sometimes sent him ahead to scout the next town.

In a history class a quiz might have been to do a map of Europe in 1500.

IIRC, we drew maps in course that covered the Middle Ages thru about the Reformation.

Again? Ouch.

You would have forgotten about the Owls game if I hadn't reminded you.
