I mean, sure - it was stale, but it was well within the 'best by' date

So they can be better?

I'm trying to remember. I grew up North of Moon Pie territory, so I haven't had them much. I seem to recall the crumbliness of the cookie varies a bit, but mostly they hold together reasonably well.

I mean, you really hate to think THAT was its BEST.

You have to say it loud, or they won't hear it.

Back in the ‘80s when Cytomax came out, they gave me a big box to try out. The only flavor was apple. I didn’t mind it, but my wife about puked on the stuff.

Tennessee is 'Mid South' at most. Deep South would be SC, GA, AL, and LA. I don't think NC counts anymore.

And Mississippi.

If that was here you could add a million, at least.

Depending on where exactly, you could add 2 Million here.

I'm sure. I'm talking about the old burbs where I live. Down by the coast or Hollywood Hills or Bel Air, etc. would be more like your area.

Same in my 'hood. I couldn't afford to buy my house at its current market value.

Yeah, the Peninsula makes a fairly small area very valuable.

Definitely. We bought in 1996, after a brief period of uncharacteristically stable prices. Today? Not sure where we'd have to live.

My sister told me to add $4mm if our house was Ina desirable part of San Diego. I couldn't afford that.

With the possibility of relocation having been mentioned, I took a look at houses near our MD facility. Sticker shock compared to where we've been looking, but about 1/4 of prices here.

Also, I've often thought what Mom and Dad's house would bring out here. 3000 sq ft, two garages, 1 3/4 acre of land....

I bring peanut butter and honey sandwiches, but today I was feeling fast so I worked my race team kit. The pockets always seem to eject my sandwiches but nothing else. I should have known.

My house is 3 million dollars in san diego. No yard, and scruffy neighbors.

And, when you went out for a ride, this would be a lot of your view. Beans would be most of the rest with a little wheat thrown in. This is pretty close to most of your climbing, too.

Lordy. That's flat.

My nephew was out here for a conference and came by to visit. He lives in Virginia Beach, which is pretty damn flat. He found all our hills very intimidating.
