Bike Forums - Hello from Scotland, UK!

Hi, I've come across this forum many times while searching for info about bikes and parts I've acquired. Most recently a Gaansari Goldenboy wheelset which I know absolutely nothing about!
I've been cycling since I was a kid, did a lot of road and track racing until I was 18 and a few mtb races. Trained and raced with Nicole Cooke, Geraint Thomas and Luke Rowe ;-) but gave it all up when I went to uni and was introduced to the bad stuff! I took it back up a few years later and now ride mtb and road for fun and also seem to be collecting quite a few retro bikes and parts along the way! And I'm also doing my first double century next summer :-)
