I'd be sure it was the rona except all the self administered RATs have come back negative. Time to call my doctor tomorrow and see if they want to come get a PCR test.
my achievements for the weekend were: getting dressed, luxing the lounge floor and doing a 900m walk around the block. the last two absolutely knackered me out. :(:notamused: |

We got summer. The weather guy was all excited last night - "We FINALLY got into the triple digits"
I think I'd have been just fine waiting a while longer myself. https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...88a066786d.png |

Yes, we are nearing the end of redbud season. They were spectacular this year.
Also, not to sound like VV, but this is looking like it'll the be the Year without Spring, in MN. Well, we've had some proper spring days, with mild temps and sunshine, but they've been few and far between. It's been long stretches of rain/snow mix, with temps in the 30s and 40s, broken up by the odd day of sunshine. Friday and Saturday was probably the nicest (only?) two day stretch of pleasant weather that we've had this year and then - boom - we're looking at 90° next week. I felt a little out of sorts riding in the high-60s yesterday, so I know I'm going to be dragging my tongue the next few weeks. |

We drove two hours south for a seed fair this morning. All three of us remarked at how green everything is. Normally everything is brown and toasted at the beginning of May. Year without a dry season. Rain begins in earnest the middle of June.

2 great rides this weekend 50 on Saturday. Had a couple of nice 27mph pulls, that surprised me.
Today's ride was great. I had a blast even though I felt like absolute poo. I don't know what I ate yesterday but it did not sit well with me today. My guts were churning the entire ride. Plus I'm still dealing with this neck/shoulder thing. I still managed to apply some respectable pressure upon the other riders. I hit 34 mph in the first sprint and was just gone. So I went early, sue me. Lol. I love this ride. It's only 44 miles but they really pack in the work. I'm sore big time. |

decided to go for the PCR. I hope I don't have to do many more of them. Felt like they were trying to extract my brain though my nose. I have few enough brain cells to spare for repeated testing.
