Why can't I post on the CV Classified section? Sorry, but I've looked all over for this info. "Posting Permissions" should be at the top of the FAQ. Had the same issue with the 50 post minimum, but that yielded more hits. Even googling "bike forum" and "posting permissions" together yields zero relevant result. :mad:

From one of the stickies at the top of the marketplace:

Hey all! You now have a specialized for Classic and Vintage Marketplace. It operates on the same rules as the regular marketplace,, requiring upgraded membership for thread starts. We discussed it at the Administrative level and arrived at the conclusion that CV was a specialized enough market to warrant a specific For Sale Forum.

We do ask that as your items sell, please hit the report post and ask the Moderators to delete the thread. Use it in good health! I'm going to leave this up as a sticky to explain things, and post any eventual changes, if any.

To upgrade your membership. Click on 'settings' located on the top right hand corner of the page. On the left side of the page under 'My Settings' click on 'paid membership'.

+1 Eventually maybe I'll get an upgraded membership too, though I'm not too eager if it means giving up on the ads they put up here on the forums, which I've been finding rather distracting. ;)
