Team Time Trialing on gravel? Sounds iffy.

That was basically what LBS suggested, but basically he said, "That CAN work".

But it wasn't the BB anyway. Oh, well.

Fixed a creaky FS mountain bike yesterday too. It was the pedals.

I'm hoping I'm right about the seatpost. It's the only thing that I really changed since last fall when it wasn't all creaky.

Actually, the BB replacement was because of a creak. The customer said the BB seemed "gravel-y". Turns out there was actual gravel in the frame and the dirt had been working it's way into the bearings. It was not pretty.

I got a couple more of these today. Now I'm set for every-other-day dishwashing schedule, and can get my nightly supplement in.

Elaborate.

I could use one or two of those. I usually use my Boston shaker. :D

Not completely clear what drives that correlation, but muscle, bone etc. loss is a major component of frailty in the elderly and frail people die. If you want to be a robust 80 year old, you better be a strapping 50 year old.

Basically the southern half. We are on a 7 day tour going point to point. We leave Madison in the Morning for Whitewater. I think we will average 50 a day.

Bah Humbug 06-03-22 06:46 PM

Worth going through the last five pages? Y'all have been busy while I've been driving to Amarillo the red light hell loop.

As luck would have it, I was doing the hardest physical daily work of my life at 50. 49- 55 we lived in Belize. Daily, all day hard work. Vamos a ver.
I used to say I aged backward during those years.

God, me too! However, it’s excusable and even sort of cute in an undergrad.

Sounds fun :)

I've done quite a few rides out of Whitewater, there are some fun roads out there.
